Mid-Century Modern in St. Louis


On Thursday, March 5 at 8:00pm KETC will present "Mid-Century Modern in St. Louis".

This hour-long Nine Network special tells the human stories behind the progressive vision that mid-century modern architecture ushered in after World War II.

Ralph Fournier will be interviewed as well as historians and advocates of saving and celebrating these mid-century modern structures.  Fournier is known locally as the primary architect that designed the distinctive homes in the Ridgewood subdivision of Crestwood (which will also be highlighted).

Premieres Thursday, March 5 at 8:00 p.m. on Nine PBS. Repeats Sunday, March 8 at 4:00 p.m.
