New Permit Requirements - Storage Pods and Portable Restrooms

New permitting requirements were approved at the May 26, 2020 Board of Alderman Meeting.

Anyone wishing to place a portable storage container (e.g. storage pod) on their property must first obtain a permit from Crestwood Public Works office.  There is no charge for this permit if the storage pod will be removed within 7 days.   If it will be needed for more than 7 days, then there is a permit fee of $55.

Permits will be granted for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or the amount of time that would reasonably be expected to complete the work requiring the storage container, as determined by the director of public services. The director of public services reserves the right to specify the location of a portable and commercial storage container as part of the permit.
