New Crestwood Fire Truck Dedication

Crestwood has a new Fire Truck, and you are invited to a brief dedication ceremony as the Fire Department places this new pumper into service.

On Tuesday, June 18, at 8:30 AM, we will be holding a New Pumper Dedication Ceremony on the driveway in front of the firehouse.

Parking will be available in front of City Hall, and you can easily walk up the sidewalk to the firehouse driveway.

As part of this ceremony, after the new pumper is dedicated, the Crestwood Fire Crew will manually push it into the firehouse, symbolically placing it into service. This is a tradition that goes back to the days of horse-drawn fire apparatus. It also honors the hard work of our firefighters and underscores the importance of this new state-of-the-art equipment to better serve all of us.

Crestwood has been saving and planning for this for many years, and we are excited to share this achievement with you. The new pumper will significantly improve our firefighting capabilities, ensuring the highest level of service to our community.

You are invited to see this new equipment up close, meet your local firefighters, and celebrate this exciting advancement for our community.

We look forward to seeing you there!
